On January 11, a training seminar on “Methods of self-regulation of the emotional state” was organized for the pedagogical collective at Kostanay Industrial and Pedagogical College.
Deputy Director for Educational Work Akhanova А.М. familiarized the audience with the topic and purpose of the training seminar. She also presented invited participants of the PF “Association of Practitioners of Kostanay region” in the person of the head of Kalyuzhnaya Yu.A. and a practicing psychologist Toporova E.V.
Elena Vyacheslavovna worked with curators and masters of industrial training to develop an algorithm of behavior in the event of conflicts in the work of teachers and the development of stress-resistance. During the seminar the following directions were considered: – Training in self-regulation methods. – Training in self-control methods. – Training in methods of stress resistance, relieving emotional tension.
